Sabian is a father to two beautiful girls and the son of military parents who both served over 20 years in the Army. he was born in Panama City, Panama and spent the majority of my younger years living in different places settling in Charlotte in 1995.

He attended NC State University for several years where he was a member of the track and field team. He later transferred to Winston-Salem State University and earned his degree in Sports Business Management with a minor in Accounting.

He spent 6+ years working in the Pharmaceutical research industry before becoming a licensed real estate agent and licensed mortgage loan officer. With this dual role, he is able to provide another level of service to past, present, and future clients, as a one-stop shop for their real estate needs.
